  • We may carry out an assessment before beginning any roof cleaning to ensure the appropriate method is used.

  • We reserve the right to decline or delay a service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., weather, structural instability).

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. If we discover additional work is needed, we will discuss and agree any changes before proceeding.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer or cash.

  • Late payments may incur interest and/or recovery fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee to cover costs already incurred (e.g., travel, booking slots).

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or health and safety risks.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure safe access to the property and that all pets, vehicles, and valuables are secured or moved where necessary.

  • Any known issues (loose tiles, leaks, etc.) should be disclosed before work begins.

7. Liability

  • We are fully insured for the work we carry out.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or structural weaknesses uncovered during cleaning.

  • We use non-damaging, appropriate cleaning methods, but we cannot guarantee stain or moss removal from heavily aged or damaged surfaces.

8. Roof Painting

  • Roof painting is a cosmetic service; colour longevity may vary depending on roof material, weather, and other factors.

  • We will advise on best practices but cannot guarantee specific timeframes for colour retention.

9. Website Use

  • All content on this website is owned by or licensed to CR Cleaning Kent.

  • You may not reproduce or republish any part of the website without our prior written consent.
