Different roofs require different approaches for the best results. Therefore, we offer three different cleaning methods to suit the roof, and your budget.
SCRAPING & BIOCIDE TREATMENT METHOD
We remove moss and algae by hand-scraping using specialised tools, then apply professional-grade biocide that contains no harmful solvents, acids, or bleach.
This treatment kills fungi and prevents regrowth for 3-5 years, ideal for ongoing maintenance.
The dead vegetation naturally clears away over weeks or months through rain, sun, and wind cycles, gradually revealing clean tiles.
SOFT WASH & BIOCIDE METHOD
Our gentle soft wash cleaning method removes moss and algae with manual scraping followed by low-pressure soft wash application. This removes contaminants safely and provides faster visible results.
Some lichen may remain but will die and flake off over time.
Soft washing is also suitable for driveways, walls, fences, and decking across all service areas.
After washing, a biocide treatment is applied to slow regrowth for up to 5 years.
ROOF STEAM CLEANING
For instant results, we offer low-pressure steam cleaning using specialized equipment accessed by towers, lifts, or scaffolding as needed.
If steam cleaning isn’t suitable, we recommend one of the other methods after inspection.
Post-cleaning, we apply biocide for long-lasting protection.
ROOF PAINTING
Roof tiles face constant weathering and become porous, dirty, or mossy over time. Roof painting restores tile appearance and protects against further damage.
