The first step is to contact you by phone and arrange a visit to the property to evaluate exactly what work is required and what, if any, precautions are needed. This visit would also bring to your attention anything broken or damaged in the area prior to cleaning.
We then offer a FREE no OBLIGATION QUOTE. Once agreed then another appointment is arranged for the work itself to be carried out.
What Happens on the Day of the Clean?
Upon arriving at your home on the agreed date and time, we will be sure to introduce ourselves to you again and confirm the work to be done. We will then begin cleaning the roof, usually with a low pressure system or steam.
Once the roof has been cleaned an anti-fungicidal wash is applied to the roof tiles to ensure the roof coating adheres properly. We also clear the gutters of all moss and other debris to prevent any leaks and blockages.
When the roof is dry, application of the roof coating can begin. This coating protects your roof tiles whilst still allowing them to breathe.
Various coating colours are available including Anthracite, Mocha, Terracotta, Red/Brown and Green.
